Mission:
The mission of the Detroit Science Center is to inspire Detroit area children and their families to discover and appreciate science, technology and engineering in a dynamic, fun learning environment.
The Detroit Science Center is currently closed. All regular programs, events and group trips scheduled during the museum's closure will be rescheduled at a later date. The Detroit Children's Museum, which is no longer affiliated with the Detroit Science Center, has reopened for Detroit Public schools students.
